We just got our Xbox 360 and we’ve had a lot of fun with in over the last week (spring break for our kids). The headphones appeared to be cheaply constructed and had poor fidelity but were useable until the microphone suddenly failed. Our teenage kids do not abuse their toys. Microsoft should do better than this!

the item was in plastic wrap good, but took about one week for me to obtain.Even tho i pay $7 for shipping it should have been $3 for regular shipping

Ya when i frist got the head set the ear peice was just ewh soogy and used!!! i bought a NEW one wtf…. over all it works my old on got ‘broke’

I like the new head set for a few good reasons. 1. It is adjusable at the reciver and the ear pices is also ajustable. This is a plus over the old black headst that set behind your head and behind your ears wich would hurt after 45min. 2.It plugs in to the back of the joy stick and is much smaller,that front loader was O.K. for the first X box. 3. More duralble I broke 2 of the xbox head sets from just normal use. the new head set is 100% flexable. Over all Its great and easy to use and maintain with great durability.

This headset is great, it works like wonders, not like the others. Microsoft products are always the best to get. It might be a little bit expensive, but it’s not like the cheap ones. Especially when it comes to originality….
